- 250 g zielonej soczewicy
- 2 marchewki
- 4 pomidory
- 1/4 szklanki oliwy
- czosnek
- liść laurowy
- sól, pieprz
- 1 łyżka octu winnego
Marchewkę pokroić w cienkie plastry, dodać czosnek, poddusić razem na rozgrzanej oliwie, dodać przepłukaną soczewicę, pomidory, zalać wodą dodając liść laurowy i gotować do miękkości ok 30 minut. Doprawić solą, pieprzem, octem winnym.
Nie przepadam za strączkami dlatego zupy, kremy, sałatki i pasztety, to dla mnie idealne rozwiązanie. Nalezy pamietac, ze rośliny te dostarczają białka, które jest niezbędne do prawidlowego funkcjonowania organizmu:)
