C - Kurczak z brązowym makaronem i kiełkami fasoli mung


Wiecie już, że królują u mnie szybkie dania.
Co prawda akurat w  kuchni już drugi dzień  rośnie zaczyn na ciasto, które piec będę dopiero za 5 dni (chlebek watykański - słyszeliście o takim?:), ale to jest absolutny wyjątek, rzekłabym - wypadek przy pracy - standardowo realizuję dania w kwadrans ( + ewentualne pieczenie/duszenie/gotowanie/ ale to już się robi samo;), tym bardziej teraz, gdy wreszcie nadeszła wiosna i zwyczajnie szkoda dnia na siedzenie w domu - nawet jeśli jest to siedzenie w kuchni;)
Dziś zaprezenetuję danie z kuchni orientalnej. Dlaczego?  Króluje w niej prostota w przygotowaniu i szybkość  przyrządzania a dodatkowo kuchnia orientalna jest lekkostrawna i bardzo zdrowa.

Składniki:



·        podwójny filet z kurczaka
·         300 g makaronu pełnoziarnistego
·         200 g  żółtej fasoli
·         100 g kiełków fasolki mung
·         2 łyżki octu balsamicznego
·         4 łyżki sosu sojowego
·         curry
·         przyprawy mielone: curry, imbir, papryka ostra i słodka, pieprz, sól
·         oliwa z oliwek
Makaron ugotować al dente.Mięso pokroić, doprawić przyprawami, wrzucić na rozgrzaną oliwę
i zrumieni , dodać żółtą fasolę i dusić na wolnym ogniu do miękkości.  Pod koniec dodać ugotowany makaron i kiełki fasolki mung,  doprawić octem balsamicznym i sosem sojowym, wymieszać  poddusić razem kilka minut. Podawać gorące.
