Dżem z cukinii z pomarańczą
Składniki:
- 2 kg cukinii (startej na tarce o grubych oczkach lub pokrojonej w kostkę - obranej, bez nasion)
- 2 galaretki pomarańczowe
- 1 pomarańcza
- 250 g cukru
- zapach pomarańczowy
- sok z 1 cytryny
Cukienie obrać, oczyścic z nasion i zetrzec na tarce.Włożyć do garnka i gotować ok godziny, aż zupełnie zmieknie. Pomarańczę wyparzyć, skórkę zetrzeć na tarce dodając do cukinii, z reszty usunąć białą część, pestki i również dodać do gotującej się cukinii, podobnie jak cukier, zapach pomarańczowy, sok z cytryny i galaretki. Całość wymieszać i gotowac jeszcze ok 30 minut od czasu do czasu mieszając. Wyłączyć i od razu przekładac do słoików stawiając je do góry dnem. Następnego dnia można przenieść do spiżarni:).
