Składniki:
• 2 szklanki mąki pszennej
• 30 g świeżych drożdży
• 3/4 szklanki mleka
• łyżeczka cukru
• 1 jajko
• 2 łyżki oleju
• 3 średnie cebule
• duży ząbek czosnku
• 200 g pieczarek (lub boczniaków)
• 10 suszonych pomidorów plus zalewa (olej)
• 10 łyżeczek ketchupu
• 1/2 łyżeczki suszonego tymianku
• sól i pieprz
Do lekko podgrzanego mleka dodać drożdże, wsypać cukier i łyżkę mąki, wymieszać i odstawić na 10 minut. W kolejnym kroku resztę mąki przesiać do miski dodać rozczyn z drożdży, 2 łyżeczki oleju, jajko oraz szczyptę soli i wyrobić elastyczne ciasto.
Całość podzielić na 10 porcji, formować placuszki i ułożyć w odstępach na blaszce wyłożonej papierem. Pozostawić do wyrośnięcia na około 20 minut.
Cebulę pokroić w gruba kostkę i zeszklić na rozgrzanym oleju (z suszonych pomidorów) z dodatkiem tymianku i czosnku. Umyte grzyby pokroić w półplasterki i udusić na oleju, gdy będą miękkie, dodać cebulę, pokrojone w plasterki suszone pomidory, wymieszać, doprawić solą i pieprzem.
Na wyrośniętym placku kłaść kleks ketchupu a następnie porcję farszu.
Piec 25 minut w temperaturze 180 stopni C. Można podawać z sosem czosnkowym i zieleniną.
